According to the complaint, police responded to an apartment in Pelican Rapids around 3:38 p.m. Saturday, October 24.<\/p>\n
Officers received a report involving two men fighting.<\/p>\n
A man told investigators Saric entered the apartment and demanded money.<\/p>\n
The man alleged Saric attempted to punch him before striking the left side of his face.<\/p>\n

A woman sitting in a vehicle told investigators Saric approached her while asking about a family member.<\/p>\n
According to the complaint, Saric claimed the family member owed him money.<\/p>\n
The woman alleged Saric then moved behind the vehicle and shot out a window.<\/p>\n
However, she told investigators she did not actually see a firearm.<\/p>\n
The complaint states Saric also threatened to obtain a gun and kill a member of her family.<\/p>\n
He reportedly drove away before officers arrived.<\/p>\n
