The fifth defendant is Christopher Danielle Sullivan, also known as Christopher Dale Sullivan and Christopher D. Sullivan.<\/p>\n
All five face federal charges of conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors allege the operation involved 400 grams or more of fentanyl.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors Describe Alleged Drug Operation<\/h2>\n
According to the indictment, participants used cellphones, cash, and wire transfers to arrange drug transactions.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors allege the group rented hotel rooms and used at least one property for drug distribution.<\/p>\n
The property was also allegedly used to collect money from drug sales.<\/p>\n
Investigators say participants traveled between North Dakota and Minnesota while transporting drugs and proceeds.<\/p>\n
The indictment also identifies two unnamed people who allegedly helped distribute fentanyl in Fargo during May 2025.<\/p>\n
Those individuals were not charged in this case.<\/p>\n
Additional Drug and Firearm Charges Filed<\/h2>\n
Three defendants face additional charges involving drugs or firearms.<\/p>\n
Sullivan faces a felon-in-possession firearm charge and charges involving fentanyl and methamphetamine.<\/p>\n
Those counts stem from an alleged December 19, 2025, incident in Fargo.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors cite three previous North Dakota felony drug convictions in connection with Sullivan’s firearm charge.<\/p>\n
Bennington faces charges of possessing a firearm to further drug trafficking and possessing fentanyl with intent to distribute.<\/p>\n
His charges involve 40 grams or more of fentanyl and an alleged December 12, 2025, incident in Fargo.<\/p>\n
Rosenbloom-Maxwell faces an additional charge involving possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl.<\/p>\n
That charge stems from an alleged February 10, 2026, incident in Fargo.<\/p>\n
Federal Prosecutors Seek Guns and Cash<\/h2>\n
The indictment includes a request to forfeit property allegedly connected to the offenses.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors are seeking two firearms, ammunition, and $8,928 in cash seized during the investigation.<\/p>\n
Any final forfeiture would depend on the applicable court proceedings.<\/p>\n
Three Defendants Reportedly in Custody<\/h2>\n
As of Thursday’s reporting, Miller, Mayour, and Sullivan were listed on the Cass County Jail roster.<\/p>\n
