NARRATIVE: On Sunday, October 18 at approximately 3:23 p.m. a Subaru Outback was traveling west on Highway 46 near Kindred. A Dodge Ram was traveling east on Highway 46 and passed an east bound vehicle in a no-passing zone. The Dodge went over the railroad tracks and struck the Subaru head-on. The driver and the passenger of the Dodge were taken to Sanford Health-Fargo via ambulance. The driver of the Subaru was transferred to the Sanford Health-Fargo via AirMed.<\/p>\n

The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota State Patrol.
