Fargo<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Fargo woman is facing a felony charge after an alleged break-in and criminal trespass incident late last month.<\/p>\n

Jennefer B. Zacharison<\/strong>, of Fargo, is charged with felony criminal trespass, according to court documents.<\/p>\n

Police Called to Home<\/h2>\n

According to the documents, Fargo police were dispatched on December 28 at about 8:18 p.m.<\/p>\n

Officers were sent to a home after a report of someone inside the residence.<\/p>\n

When officers arrived, police say they saw a woman running from the home.<\/p>\n

Officers arrested Zacharison, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

Basement Window Allegation<\/h2>\n

Police reported that a basement window had been broken out.<\/p>\n

Investigators believe the broken window was used to gain entry into the home.<\/p>\n

Court documents say the couple inside the home was not injured.<\/p>\n

However, police noted the female resident was very upset after the incident.<\/p>\n

Felony Charge Filed<\/h2>\n

Zacharison now faces a felony criminal trespass charge in Fargo.<\/p>\n

The case will move through the court process in Cass County, North Dakota.<\/p>\n
