Investigators initially obtained a search warrant while reviewing a separate Pizza Ranch theft investigation.<\/p>\n
According to court documents, police also reviewed previous calls involving Good’s residence.<\/p>\n
A judge approved the first search warrant around 11:15 a.m. on October 2.<\/p>\n
Officers arrived at the home approximately 16 minutes later.<\/p>\n
Investigators knocked repeatedly and announced they had a search warrant.<\/p>\n
After receiving no response, officers entered and searched the residence.<\/p>\n
No one was inside when police entered.<\/p>\n
Suspected Methamphetamine Found During Search<\/h2>\n
While documenting the residence, investigators discovered a black container near a bed.<\/p>\n
According to the complaint, the container featured a skull design with pink coloring.<\/p>\n
Inside, officers discovered several small plastic bags.<\/p>\n
One bag contained white residue that tested presumptively positive for methamphetamine.<\/p>\n
Investigators stopped their search for drugs and obtained an additional warrant.<\/p>\n
The second search warrant was approved around 1:12 p.m.<\/p>\n
Police then resumed searching for controlled substances and related evidence.<\/p>\n
Police Discover Pipes, Scales, and Suspected Drugs<\/h2>\n
Investigators reported discovering several items inside the bedroom believed to be used by Good.<\/p>\n
Those included glass smoking pipes, plastic bags, scales, and containers with suspected drug residue.<\/p>\n
A purple glass pipe was reportedly sitting openly on a bedside table.<\/p>\n
Officers also found a lockbox containing a wooden container labeled “Booty Bank.”<\/p>\n
Inside the wooden box, investigators discovered three glass pipes with residue.<\/p>\n
Several items reportedly tested presumptively positive for methamphetamine.<\/p>\n
Police also discovered a small plastic bag containing a crystalline substance on a bedroom shelf.<\/p>\n
According to the complaint, that material weighed approximately 0.4 grams, including its packaging.<\/p>\n
The weight was measured using an uncertified scale.<\/p>\n
Additional suspected drug paraphernalia was discovered in the kitchen.<\/p>\n
Child Reportedly Lived at Residence<\/h2>\n
The criminal complaint also raised concerns about a child living inside the home.<\/p>\n
Investigators observed a separate bedroom containing children’s clothing, toys, and other personal belongings.<\/p>\n
Police reviewed a previous welfare check conducted September 28, 2026.<\/p>\n
That earlier call involved allegations that methamphetamine was being left where a child could access it.<\/p>\n
According to the complaint, Good confirmed she lived at the residence with her child and boyfriend, Michael Loiland.<\/p>\n
Both Good and Loiland reportedly denied using methamphetamine.<\/p>\n
They suggested former roommates were responsible for the suspected drugs.<\/p>\n
Following the October 2 search, investigators discussed requesting a temporary protective hold for the child.<\/p>\n
The complaint does not confirm whether that hold was ultimately approved.<\/p>\n
Residence Located Near Northrup Park<\/h2>\n
Investigators also examined the home’s location in relation to Northrup Park.<\/p>\n
According to the complaint, the park is adjacent to the residence.<\/p>\n
An investigator measured the distance using Google Maps and reported approximately 227 feet.<\/p>\n
That location is relevant to the third-degree controlled substance charge involving a park zone.<\/p>\n
The complaint does not allege that drugs were being sold or distributed inside the park itself.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors filed two felony charges against Christine Rae Good.<\/p>\n
