A neighbor also reported hearing the argument.<\/p>\n
Police observed a case of beer outside the residence before knocking on the door.<\/p>\n
Kamrowski answered and allowed officers inside.<\/p>\n
Investigators reported noticing a strong smell of alcohol inside the home and on Kamrowski.<\/p>\n
Both Parties Report Physical Confrontation<\/h2>\n
During the initial conversation, Kamrowski reportedly told police that the other person had pushed and punched her.<\/p>\n
According to the complaint, officers did not observe visible bruises or marks on Kamrowski.<\/p>\n
While police continued speaking with her, the other person began yelling from upstairs.<\/p>\n
The alleged victim, identified in court documents as D.S., claimed Kamrowski had choked him.<\/p>\n
He reportedly told police he pushed Kamrowski away to stop the alleged assault.<\/p>\n
An officer went upstairs to investigate those allegations.<\/p>\n
Man Reports Being Choked Four Times<\/h2>\n
According to the criminal complaint, D.S. described an argument involving concerns about substance use.<\/p>\n
He said the confrontation began while both people were sitting on a couch.<\/p>\n
The argument reportedly escalated after they stood up.<\/p>\n
D.S. alleged Kamrowski attempted to choke him four times during the confrontation.<\/p>\n
He reported that two of those incidents restricted his breathing.<\/p>\n
During his statement, D.S. reportedly demonstrated the choking motion using both hands.<\/p>\n
He also alleged that Kamrowski had assaulted him previously.<\/p>\n

Investigators reported observing bruising along the left side of D.S.’s neck.<\/p>\n
According to the complaint, officers photographed those injuries as part of their investigation.<\/p>\n
After speaking with D.S., police returned downstairs and informed Kamrowski she was under arrest.<\/p>\n
Officers placed her in handcuffs and transported her to the Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston.<\/p>\n
A preliminary breath sample taken during the investigation reportedly showed an alcohol concentration of .326.<\/p>\n
