Billy Joe Deane Stroh, 49, of Grafton, North Dakota, received sentences for two fifth-degree assault offenses.<\/p>\n
Stroh received two 364-day jail sentences, each with 344 days stayed for two years.<\/p>\n
The sentences run concurrently, and he received credit for two days already served.<\/p>\n
The amounts listed for the two cases were $210 and $50.<\/p>\n
Stroh must complete two years of supervised probation and avoid direct or indirect victim contact.<\/p>\n

Brandon Giovanni Chatman, 23, of Coral Springs, Florida, received $125 for driving 65 mph in a 60-mph zone.<\/p>\n
Crystal Rae Kopecky, 44, of Faulkton, South Dakota, received $125 for driving 70 mph in a 60-mph zone.<\/p>\n
