\nType of Crash: Rollover
\nAgencies Involved: North Dakota State Patrol, Stark County Sheriff\u2019s Office, Billings County Emergency Medical Service<\/p>\n

Vehicle No. 1: 2007 Honda motorcycle
\nDriver No. 1: Male, 69, Yankton, SD, fatal injuries
\nRestraints: No helmet in use<\/p>\n

NARRATIVE: On October 9, 2026, a Honda motorcycle was traveling westbound on Old Highway 10 near the 12400 block, west of South Heart, when the driver failed to negotiate a curve. The motorcycle left the roadway and struck a fence bordering Interstate 94. The driver was not wearing a helmet and sustained fatal injuries.<\/p>\n

The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota State Patrol.
