On the morning of 10\/07\/26, a bus driver from the Red Lake Falls School District reported a stop-arm violation had occurred on CR. #1 east of Red Lake Falls. Investigation revealed the violator was a juvenile from Red Lake Falls. An incident report will be forwarded to the County Attorney for consideration of criminal charges for the stop arm violation. <\/p>\n
In the early morning hours of 10\/08\/26, a Red Lake County deputy responded to a report of horses on the roadway, along CR. #7 east of Hwy. #59. At that time, the deputy was unable to locate the horses. Later that afternoon, the Red Lake County Sheriff\u2019s Office received a report about the same horses being loose and near the roadway. A Red Lake County deputy went to that location and was able to get the horses back into their enclosure. The owner of the property, Nekie F. Snegirev (35) of Brooks was cited for misdemeanor allowing a public nuisance. She will be summonsed to appear in Court in Red Lake Falls at a later date. <\/p>\n
