Nathan Andrew Burnham, 35, is charged with theft of movable property without consent.<\/p>\n

The case was filed in Beltrami County District Court under case number 04-CR-26-2312.<\/p>\n

The felony carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison.<\/p>\n

It also carries a possible $10,000 fine.<\/p>\n

Motorcycle Reported Missing<\/h2>\n

The investigation began around 6:02 a.m. on September 21.<\/p>\n

According to the criminal complaint, the motorcycle’s owner woke up and discovered the bike was missing.<\/p>\n

According to the complaint, Burnham claimed he was simply walking through the area early that morning.<\/p>\n

He allegedly told investigators that his foot brushed against the motorcycle while he was walking past it.<\/p>\n
