Thief River Falls Driver Cited After Traffic Stop<\/h2>\n

Police identified the driver as Juan Jose Parades, 45, of Thief River Falls.<\/p>\n

Parades was cited for driving after revocation, according to the police report.<\/p>\n

The traffic stop occurred at about 4:31 p.m.<\/p>\n
