Pennington County Sheriff’s Office Cases<\/h2>\n
Zoey Gail Fish, 22, of Roseau, was sentenced in two domestic assault cases.<\/p>\n
Each case included a $50 fine and 90 days in jail.<\/p>\n
Fish received credit for two days already served.<\/p>\n
She was also placed on supervised probation for two years.<\/p>\n
Conditions include domestic abuse counseling, treatment aftercare and anger management programming as directed by probation.<\/p>\n
Fish must also complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days.<\/p>\n
She must follow recommended treatment and meet with mental health professionals.<\/p>\n
Fish was also sentenced for third-degree driving while impaired.<\/p>\n
The court record lists a $485 fine and 364 days in jail.<\/p>\n
She was placed on supervised probation for two years under similar conditions.<\/p>\n
A felony domestic assault by strangulation charge against Fish was dismissed.<\/p>\n
Bryan McCauley Gregory, 32, of Thief River Falls, received a stay of adjudication.<\/p>\n
The case involved driving after revocation.<\/p>\n
Gregory was ordered to pay $125 and remain on court probation for one year.<\/p>\n
He must reinstate his driving privileges within one year and provide proof to court administration.<\/p>\n
Minnesota State Patrol Cases<\/h2>\n
Julian Charlie Gill Barten, 23, of Winnipeg, was convicted of careless driving and speeding 91 mph in a 60 mph zone.<\/p>\n
The listed fines were $185 and $300.<\/p>\n
Devin Ray Alkire, 25, of Thief River Falls, was fined $125 for driving 60 mph in a 55 mph zone.<\/p>\n
Tyler Steven Jaggars, 24, of Shakopee, was fined $135 for driving 53 mph in a 40 mph zone.<\/p>\n
Matthew Thomas Vesely, 48, of Hutchinson, was fined $125 for driving 63 mph in a 55 mph zone.<\/p>\n
Kara Jean Forst, 51, of Greenbush, was fined $125 for driving 69 mph in a 60 mph zone.<\/p>\n
James Andrew Gaalaas, 38, of Thief River Falls, was fined $110 for not wearing a seat belt.<\/p>\n
Thief River Falls Police Cases<\/h2>\n
Aaron Orrin Anderson, 40, of Thief River Falls, was fined $135 for making a false emergency call.<\/p>\n
He received 30 days in jail, stayed for one year.<\/p>\n
Anderson was also placed on unsupervised probation for one year.<\/p>\n
A public nuisance charge against Terry Michael Fayette, 69, of Thief River Falls, was dismissed.<\/p>\n
Shawn Troy Rainey, 54, of Thief River Falls, was fined $135 for disorderly conduct.<\/p>\n
He received 30 days in jail, stayed for one year.<\/p>\n
Rainey must complete an assessment and follow recommended treatment and aftercare.<\/p>\n
