The alleged offenses happened on March 31, 2026, according to the criminal complaint.<\/p>\n
Traffic Stop Leads to Search<\/h2>\n
An Otter Tail County deputy stopped Gullickson’s vehicle around 11:30 p.m.<\/p>\n
The complaint says the driver’s side headlight was not working correctly.<\/p>\n
Gullickson reportedly told the deputy there was a short in the headlight.<\/p>\n
She also said she did not have her driver’s license with her.<\/p>\n
During the stop, the deputy noticed a pill bottle inside the vehicle.<\/p>\n
The bottle allegedly contained pills inside a plastic bag without a prescription label.<\/p>\n
Gullickson said the pills belonged to her daughter, according to court records.<\/p>\n
She reportedly said her daughter had removed them from their original bottle.<\/p>\n
Black Case Found in Purse<\/h2>\n
The complaint says Gullickson allowed the deputy to search a black case inside her purse.<\/p>\n
Authorities reported finding small bags, cut straws, foil, scales, and a white powder.<\/p>\n
A glass pipe with white residue was also found inside the purse, court records state.<\/p>\n
Investigators also reported finding unused syringes and a butane container inside the vehicle.<\/p>\n
The pipe residue field-tested positive for methamphetamine, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
The white powder initially field-tested positive for cocaine.<\/p>\n
However, later laboratory testing produced a different finding.<\/p>\n
Lab Testing Identifies Fentanyl<\/h2>\n
The substance was sent to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension for testing.<\/p>\n
The laboratory reported 2.5 grams of material containing fentanyl.<\/p>\n
Authorities also reported finding eight pills believed to be oxycodone.<\/p>\n
Those findings led prosecutors to file two felony counts against Gullickson.<\/p>\n
Both charges fall under Minnesota Statute 152.025<\/a>.<\/p>\n Each count carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison.<\/p>\n Each also carries a possible fine of up to $10,000.<\/p>\n The court case was filed with a summons in Minnesota’s Seventh Judicial District.<\/p>\n Criminal charges are allegations.
