Roseau Man Charged Over Alleged Bad Check<\/h2>\n

Roseau (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>)<\/strong> \u2014 A Badger man faces a gross misdemeanor charge involving an allegedly dishonored check in Roseau.<\/p>\n

Jacob Jon Jenson, 31, is charged with issuing a dishonored check.<\/p>\n

The case was filed in Roseau County District Court.<\/p>\n

The alleged offense happened on January 23, 2026, according to the criminal complaint.<\/p>\n

Check Written to Roseau Business<\/h2>\n

Prosecutors say Jenson issued a check to Roseau Ace Hardware.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the check was drawn on an account at Border Bank.<\/p>\n

Authorities allege the account did not have enough money to cover the check.<\/p>\n
