Jenny M. Bercier and Kevin J. Forschen have been charged in the case. Court records show the charges include felony delivery of a controlled substance, meth. They also face a felony charge of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.<\/p>\n

What investigators say happened<\/h2>\n

According to court documents, the case centers on a controlled buy in Grand Forks. The buy was arranged by the Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force. Authorities say a confidential informant met with the pair during the operation.<\/p>\n

Investigators allege Bercier and Forschen sold about 1.8 grams of meth. The reported price was $100. The transaction took place in September, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
