Richard Hill was there to mail a package, according to the lawsuit.<\/p>\n
The complaint says he slipped on snow and ice near the building’s loading docks.<\/p>\n
The fall allegedly caused a severe traumatic brain injury.<\/p>\n
Julie Hill’s lawsuit says Richard Hill later died from those injuries in September 2026.<\/p>\n
The complaint claims the ice was made more dangerous by activity around the loading area.<\/p>\n
It cites repeated foot traffic, vehicle traffic and runoff from parked or idling vehicles.<\/p>\n
The lawsuit says those conditions allegedly compacted, polished or refroze the ice.<\/p>\n
