Fargo Teen Is Fourth Charged in Armed Home Invasion<\/h2>\n

Fargo, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>)<\/strong> \u2014 A fourth suspect has been charged in a September armed home invasion case.<\/p>\n

Dajveon Williams, 18, faces five felony charges in Cass County District Court.<\/p>\n

The charges include robbery with a firearm, burglary, firearm theft, terrorizing and criminal mischief.<\/p>\n

Williams is accused of taking part in the September 11 robbery at a Fargo apartment.<\/p>\n

Charges are accusations. Defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.<\/p>\n

Investigators Identify Fourth Suspect<\/h2>\n

Investigators first focused on three suspects and two other people connected to the vehicle.<\/p>\n

Interviews and cellphone data later led detectives to Williams, according to court documents.<\/p>\n

A co-defendant identified Williams from a photograph as one person who entered the apartment.<\/p>\n

Phone records allegedly showed Williams sent an address and arranged a pickup before the robbery.<\/p>\n

Investigators also reviewed surveillance and traffic camera video connected to the case.<\/p>\n

Authorities say the footage tracked the suspect vehicle before and after the robbery.<\/p>\n

Video from a residence allegedly showed Williams entering the vehicle before the robbery.<\/p>\n

The same video later showed him returning with the other suspects.<\/p>\n

Three Co-Defendants Charged<\/h2>\n

Erick Scott, Gregory Rogers-McKinney and Kennedy Dolo were charged earlier in the investigation.<\/p>\n

Each man faces the same five felony charges tied to the September 11 incident.<\/p>\n

According to Valley News Live<\/a>, police were called shortly after 4:20 p.m.<\/p>\n

Two men reported that armed suspects forced their way inside and pointed firearms at them.<\/p>\n

The suspects allegedly stole cash and a firearm before leaving the apartment.<\/p>\n

Investigators also reported visible damage to the apartment door after the incident.<\/p>\n

Williams Remains in Custody<\/h2>\n

The Cass County Jail roster<\/a> lists Williams as booked on September 25.<\/p>\n

The roster lists robbery, burglary, firearm theft and terrorizing among his current charges.<\/p>\n

KFGO<\/a> reported Williams is the fourth person arrested in the case.<\/p>\n

The station also reported Scott, Rogers-McKinney and Dolo remained in the Cass County Jail.<\/p>\n

Williams and his co-defendants have not been convicted of these charges.<\/p>\n

The case will continue through Cass County District Court.<\/p>\n
