A school administrator reported seeing Gourley approach a woman identified in court records as T.G.<\/p>\n
The complaint says Gourley appeared upset while following T.G. toward her vehicle.<\/p>\n
Surveillance video allegedly shows Gourley standing against the driver’s door.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors say this prevented T.G. from entering the vehicle.<\/p>\n
T.G. then forced the door open, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
Gourley allegedly pushed the door back toward her.<\/p>\n
The complaint says she became pinned between the door and the vehicle frame.<\/p>\n
Witnesses also reported hearing Gourley threaten to kill T.G.<\/p>\n
T.G. later told investigators she believed the statements were death threats.<\/p>\n
She also reported fearing for her safety.<\/p>\n
Arrest Leads to Drug Allegation<\/h2>\n
Investigators later located Gourley at a Dollar General store in Blackduck.<\/p>\n
He was told he was under arrest for domestic assault.<\/p>\n
Gourley denied touching T.G., according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
While being escorted through the store, officers allegedly saw Gourley drop a small plastic baggie.<\/p>\n
The baggie contained a crystalline substance, according to prosecutors.<\/p>\n
The substance later field-tested presumptively positive for methamphetamine.<\/p>\n
Gourley denied knowing about the substance.<\/p>\n
He also said he had not used methamphetamine for about five years.<\/p>\n
Gourley told investigators that T.G. had struck him with the vehicle door.<\/p>\n
He denied assaulting her, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
Three Charges Filed<\/h2>\n
