The alleged victim told investigators he had been drinking beer with Klosterman at his Bemidji home.<\/p>\n
He said he later returned to his apartment and found Klosterman standing near the door.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors allege Klosterman then lunged at the man and attacked him.<\/p>\n
The alleged victim said Klosterman knocked him down and repeatedly struck his face with a knee.<\/p>\n
He told investigators that he feared Klosterman was trying to kill him.<\/p>\n
The complaint says Klosterman then allegedly dragged the man back into the apartment.<\/p>\n
The alleged attack continued inside, according to the court filing.<\/p>\n

The alleged victim told police that Klosterman took his phone from the apartment.<\/p>\n
A neighbor had reported an assault at the same location the previous evening.<\/p>\n
The neighbor reported seeing the injured man bleeding from his mouth.<\/p>\n
The neighbor also described a man leaving the area while wearing a maroon shirt.<\/p>\n
Investigators said Klosterman had been seen wearing a similar shirt earlier that day.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors included those details as part of the probable cause supporting the charge.<\/p>\n
Felony Robbery Charge Filed<\/h2>\n
