West Fargo Police say a suspect was arrested early Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

Authorities identify the suspect as Jesse Lee Ramsay, 48, of West Fargo.<\/p>\n

Police say the initial call came in at 11:35 p.m. Friday.<\/p>\n

Officers responded to the 1000 block of 4th Avenue West for a report of gunshots.<\/p>\n

Police Say Shots Came From Outside Home<\/h2>\n

When officers arrived, they determined the shots came from outside a residence.<\/p>\n

The home is also located in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue West.<\/p>\n

Police say bystanders provided key information at the scene.<\/p>\n

Bystanders reported a recent domestic dispute inside the residence.<\/p>\n

The dispute involved two individuals, according to police.<\/p>\n

Suspect Taken Into Custody<\/h2>\n

After further investigation, officers determined the suspect was alone inside the home.<\/p>\n

Police say officers made contact with the suspect.<\/p>\n

Multiple Felony Charges Filed<\/h2>\n

Police say Ramsay faces several criminal charges.<\/p>\n

The charges include felony reckless endangerment.<\/p>\n

He is also charged with felony possession of a firearm.<\/p>\n
