Robert Charles Seffinga, 40, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Impala, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.<\/p>\n

The crash was reported at 12:41 a.m. on Sept. 26. It happened along Highway 210 near 270th Place.<\/p>\n
