Chase Alan Dubord, of Fargo, has been charged with felony luring minors by computers or other electronic means, according to court documents.<\/p>\n

Court records say the alleged contact happened in June 2025. The case involved messages sent through Snapchat, according to the documents.<\/p>\n

Investigators say Dubord allegedly asked a 14-year-old girl to send pictures of herself. The court filing describes a specific conversation that was reviewed during the investigation.<\/p>\n
