Police Called to Roseau Burger King<\/h2>\n
Police were called to a Burger King in Roseau at about 9:08 p.m. on September 20.<\/p>\n
The call reported an adult man making sexual gestures toward juveniles.<\/p>\n
A restaurant manager told officers that Gerulli had followed the juveniles into the restaurant.<\/p>\n
The group included three children, ages 11, 10, and 10.<\/p>\n
The juveniles told officers that Gerulli approached them inside the Burger King.<\/p>\n
They said he began making sexual references and asking them questions.<\/p>\n
The manager saw the interaction and told Gerulli to leave, according to the probable cause statement.<\/p>\n
One juvenile said this was not the first time Gerulli had followed the group.<\/p>\n
Second Encounter Reported<\/h2>\n
The juveniles were traveling by bicycle and on foot.<\/p>\n
They gave officers a description of Gerulli’s vehicle.<\/p>\n
Court documents say the description matched a vehicle registered to him.<\/p>\n
Officers planned to contact Gerulli by telephone after speaking with the juveniles.<\/p>\n
Before that happened, dispatch received another report involving the same group.<\/p>\n
The juveniles said Gerulli drove past them after they left Burger King.<\/p>\n
Two juveniles said they were traveling east on Center Street near Main Avenue.<\/p>\n
They told officers Gerulli made another sexual gesture with his hands.<\/p>\n
They also said he asked them where he lived before driving away.<\/p>\n
Felony Harassment Charge Filed<\/h2>\n

Gerulli is charged with felony harassment involving a victim under 18 and alleged sexual or aggressive intent.<\/p>\n
Minnesota’s harassment law includes aggravated felony provisions involving victims younger than 18.<\/p>\n
