Cannon Falls Crash Kills Eagan Man on Highway 52<\/h2>\n

Cannon Falls (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>)<\/strong> \u2014 A 70-year-old Eagan man died Sunday after a rollover crash near Cannon Falls.<\/p>\n

The crash happened at about 6:17 p.m. on September 21, 2026.<\/p>\n

It occurred on Highway 52 near milepost 97 in Goodhue County.<\/p>\n

The Minnesota State Patrol identified the driver as Donald Grant Lee, 70, of Eagan.<\/p>\n

A passenger, Constance Joan Lee, 70, also of Eagan, suffered life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n

Mini Cooper Rolled Into Median<\/h2>\n

According to the Minnesota State Patrol crash report<\/a>, a 2008 Mini Cooper was traveling north.<\/p>\n

The vehicle lost control near milepost 97 and rolled into the median ditch.<\/p>\n

Donald Lee suffered fatal injuries in the crash.<\/p>\n

State Patrol records show he was wearing a seat belt.<\/p>\n

The vehicle’s airbags did not deploy during the crash.<\/p>\n

Constance Lee was also wearing a seat belt, according to the report.<\/p>\n

She was taken to Cannon Falls Hospital with life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n

The State Patrol did not list alcohol as a suspected factor for either occupant.<\/p>\n

Road Was Dry at Time of Crash<\/h2>\n

The State Patrol reported dry road conditions when the crash occurred.<\/p>\n

No additional vehicles were listed as being involved.<\/p>\n

The report did not provide further details about what caused the Mini Cooper to lose control.<\/p>\n

Cannon Falls police, firefighters and ambulance crews responded to the scene.<\/p>\n

The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office also assisted with the incident.<\/p>\n
