Hobart Township Crash Injures Perham Man<\/h2>\n

Hobart Township (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>)<\/strong> \u2014 A Perham man was injured Monday in a crash involving a car and semi.<\/p>\n

The collision happened at about 5:31 p.m. on September 21, 2026.<\/p>\n

It occurred near Minnesota Highway 10 and 505th Street in Hobart Township.<\/p>\n

The location is in Otter Tail County.<\/p>\n

Cadillac and Semi Collide<\/h2>\n

A 2005 Cadillac was traveling east on Minnesota Highway 10 before the crash.<\/p>\n

A 1992 Freightliner semi was traveling west on 505th Street.<\/p>\n

The two vehicles collided near the intersection, according to the crash report.<\/p>\n

The road surface was dry when the collision happened.<\/p>\n

The report did not provide more details about what caused the crash.<\/p>\n

Both vehicles remained the only vehicles listed in the incident.<\/p>\n

Perham Driver Taken to Hospital<\/h2>\n

Rodney Arlo Osvold, 71, of Perham, was driving the Cadillac.<\/p>\n

Osvold suffered injuries described as non-life-threatening.<\/p>\n

He was taken to Perham Hospital for medical care.<\/p>\n

The report said Osvold was not wearing a seat belt.<\/p>\n

Airbags deployed in the Cadillac during the collision.<\/p>\n

Alcohol was not suspected in connection with Osvold.<\/p>\n

Semi Driver Not Injured<\/h2>\n

Lance Edward Wohlwend, 78, of Henning, was driving the Freightliner semi.<\/p>\n

Wohlwend was not reported injured in the crash.<\/p>\n

He was wearing a seat belt.<\/p>\n

Airbags did not deploy in the semi.<\/p>\n

Alcohol was not suspected in connection with Wohlwend.<\/p>\n

Emergency Crews Respond<\/h2>\n

Several emergency agencies responded to the crash scene.<\/p>\n

They included Otter Tail County authorities and Perham emergency crews.<\/p>\n

Fire and rescue teams also responded to the collision.<\/p>\n

Life Link III was among the agencies listed in the report.<\/p>\n

The incident was recorded under report number 26901603.<\/p>\n

The crash report was last updated at 8:10 p.m. on September 21.<\/p>\n
