Thief River Falls, Minnesota<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Minneapolis man was injured after being struck by a pickup truck at a Thief River Falls lumberyard on Friday, Dec. 19.<\/p>\n

The Thief River Falls Police Department said Angel Lopez Martinez was hit at Northwoods Lumber. Sanford Ambulance evaluated his injuries at the scene, police said.<\/p>\n

What Police Say Happened<\/h2>\n

Police said the crash involved a 2016 Ford F-350. The truck was driven by David Garry of Thief River Falls.<\/p>\n

According to the report, Garry was driving on the business property. Police said he turned left in an area between the main office building and another building.<\/p>\n

At the same time, Lopez Martinez was pulling a tarp. The tarp was holding items, according to the report.<\/p>\n

Police said the pickup then struck Lopez Martinez from behind.<\/p>\n

Officers were dispatched at 10:01 a.m. on Dec. 19, according to the police report.<\/p>\n

The report did not list the extent of Lopez Martinez\u2019s injuries. Police said Sanford Ambulance assessed him after the crash.<\/p>\n
