Cass County (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 Police in Fargo say three suspects are in custody after a late-night foot chase.<\/p>\n

Officers were called to the 4400 block of 15th Avenue South around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.
\nStaff at a nearby business reported a shoplifting incident and gave descriptions of three people.<\/p>\n

When officers arrived, the three people ran from the area on foot.
\nPolice set up a perimeter and searched the South Fargo neighborhood.
\nAll three suspects were taken into custody after the brief chase.<\/p>\n

Authorities say 33-year-old Victoria Dubois<\/strong> was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
\nShe is also suspected of refusing to stop for officers at the scene.<\/p>\n

Thirty-one-year-old Carlos Garcia<\/strong> was also arrested on an outstanding warrant.
\nPolice say he is accused of refusing to halt when officers arrived.<\/p>\n

A third woman was detained and is under investigation for shoplifting.
\nHer name has not been released as the investigation continues.<\/p>\n

Investigators say it appears none of the three has a permanent address.
\nThat can make court orders and future court appearances more difficult.
\nThe case is expected to move forward in Cass County court.<\/p>\n
