Moose Lake Township Head-On Crash Injures Driver<\/h2>\n

Moose Lake Township (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>)<\/strong> \u2014 A Barnum woman was injured Thursday afternoon in a head-on crash on Highway 27.<\/p>\n

The collision happened at about 2:35 p.m. on September 17, 2026.<\/p>\n

The crash occurred near Highway 27 and County Road 8 in Carlton County.<\/p>\n

According to the Minnesota State Patrol<\/a>, a Ford Bronco was traveling west.<\/p>\n

The Bronco crossed the center line near County Road 8, according to the crash report.<\/p>\n

It then collided head-on with an eastbound Kia EV6.<\/p>\n

Barnum Driver Taken To Duluth<\/h2>\n

Teresa Carole Feleppa, 67, of Barnum, was driving the 2023 Kia EV6.<\/p>\n

Feleppa suffered injuries described as non-life-threatening.<\/p>\n

She was taken to Essentia Health in Duluth for medical treatment.<\/p>\n

Feleppa was wearing a seat belt when the collision occurred.<\/p>\n

The Kia’s airbags deployed during the crash.<\/p>\n

Officials did not report alcohol as a suspected factor involving Feleppa.<\/p>\n

Bronco Driver Was Not Injured<\/h2>\n

Camilla Louise Bath, 43, was driving the 2026 Ford Bronco.<\/p>\n

The State Patrol did not list a hometown for Bath.<\/p>\n

Bath was not injured in the crash.<\/p>\n

She was wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision.<\/p>\n

The Bronco’s airbags also deployed.<\/p>\n

Alcohol was not suspected as a factor involving Bath.<\/p>\n

Emergency Crews Respond<\/h2>\n

The road was dry when the head-on collision occurred.<\/p>\n

Emergency crews from Essentia Moose Lake responded to the scene.<\/p>\n

The Moose Lake Fire Department also assisted.<\/p>\n

The Carlton County Sheriff’s Department provided assistance at the crash scene.<\/p>\n

The State Patrol classified the incident as an injury crash.<\/p>\n

The crash was assigned State Patrol case number 26271986.<\/p>\n

The agency marked the information as complete Thursday evening.<\/p>\n

The report was last updated at 5:56 p.m.<\/p>\n

No other occupants were listed in either vehicle.<\/p>\n

The State Patrol report did not list any additional injuries.<\/p>\n
