Pokegama Township Crash Injures Three Women<\/h2>\n

Pokegama Township (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>)<\/strong> \u2014 Three women were injured Thursday in a two-vehicle crash in Pine County.<\/p>\n

The collision happened at about 10:29 a.m. on September 17, 2026.<\/p>\n

The crash occurred near County Road 11 and County Road 53.<\/p>\n

According to the Minnesota State Patrol<\/a>, two vehicles were traveling in opposite directions.<\/p>\n

A 2005 Mercury Sable was traveling east on County Road 11.<\/p>\n

A 2014 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling west on the same road.<\/p>\n

The vehicles collided near the intersection with County Road 53.<\/p>\n

Three Women Taken To Welia Health<\/h2>\n

Lillian Christine Vanalst, 76, of Ogilvie, was driving the Mercury Sable.<\/p>\n

She suffered injuries described as non-life-threatening.<\/p>\n

Vanalst was taken to Welia Health<\/a> for treatment.<\/p>\n

Alisha Marie Severin, 33, of Duluth, was a passenger in the Mercury.<\/p>\n

She also suffered non-life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n

Heidi Ann Severin, 62, of Mora, was another passenger.<\/p>\n

She also suffered injuries described as non-life-threatening.<\/p>\n

Both passengers were taken to Welia Health for medical care.<\/p>\n

All three women were wearing seat belts, according to the State Patrol.<\/p>\n

Pickup Driver Was Not Injured<\/h2>\n

Nicholas Charles Linn, 42, of Brook Park, was driving the Chevrolet Silverado.<\/p>\n

Linn was not injured in the collision.<\/p>\n

He was wearing a seat belt when the crash occurred.<\/p>\n

Airbags did not deploy in either vehicle.<\/p>\n

Alcohol was not suspected for anyone listed in the crash report.<\/p>\n

Emergency Crews Respond<\/h2>\n

The road was dry when the vehicles collided.<\/p>\n

Pine County law enforcement and ambulance crews assisted at the scene.<\/p>\n

The State Patrol listed the incident under case number 26271983.<\/p>\n

Officials marked the crash information as complete Thursday afternoon.<\/p>\n

The report was last updated at 1:40 p.m.<\/p>\n

The report does not explain what caused the collision.<\/p>\n

No life-threatening injuries were reported in the crash information.<\/p>\n
