Lundeen was convicted of harassment that created a reasonable fear of substantial bodily harm.<\/p>\n<p>He was fined $210. A 364-day jail term was stayed for two years. He will serve two years of supervised probation.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"text-align: center; margin: 20px 0;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"max-width: 100%; height: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/trfnews.i234.me\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Pennington-County-Dismissed-Threats-Case-Many-Sentences.png\" alt=\"Mugshot of Hunter Perry James Lundeen\" \/><figcaption style=\"font-size: 0.9em; color: #555;\"><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Lundeen was also convicted of harassment that caused, or was expected to cause, substantial emotional distress. He was fined $50. That sentence runs at the same time as the first count.<\/p>\n<p>A felony charge of threats of violence, a second felony threats count with reckless disregard, and a gross misdemeanor harassment charge were all dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>The bulletin lists more Thief River Falls Police Department cases. <strong>Joshua Nathanial Chatham<\/strong>, 46, of Fridley, was fined $185 for failing to stop at a railroad crossing when lights were flashing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Angela Rose Erickson<\/strong>, 47, of Thief River Falls, had a charge of passing a school bus on the right while amber signals flashed, dismissed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Derric Alan Hanson<\/strong>, 55, of Thief River Falls, was fined $285 for owning an uninsured vehicle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>John Scott Haugen<\/strong>, 29, of Thief River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct and third-degree DWI with an alcohol level of 0.16 or more. He received fines, stayed jail time, and must complete a comprehensive assessment. A charge of no driver\u2019s license was dismissed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Patricia Louise Kabrel<\/strong>, 41, of Thief River Falls, was fined for an instruction permit violation and for failing to yield when entering a roadway.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Austin Wyatt Olson<\/strong>, 26, of Karlstad, was fined $285 for an uninsured vehicle. A charge of aiding and abetting theft against <strong>Alexis N. Oots<\/strong>, 45, of Plummer, was dismissed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jason Donovan Rantanen<\/strong>, 40, of Thief River Falls, was sentenced on a fourth-degree DWI. He was fined $485, given 90 days in jail, stayed for two years, and placed on probation to the court for two years. He must complete a comprehensive assessment and follow treatment and aftercare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Joseph Diego Rivera<\/strong>, 20, of Crystal City, Texas, was fined for underage consumption and disorderly conduct.<\/p>\n<p>A disorderly conduct charge against <strong>Tagdrian Von Williams<\/strong>, 20, of Thief River Falls, was dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>The Minnesota State Patrol section lists more names. <strong>Cheyenne Elizabeth Wergin<\/strong>, 19, of Middle River, was fined $125 for duty to drive with due care.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jade Alexis Thompson<\/strong>, 25, of Hillsboro, N.D., was fined $135 for an open bottle in a motor vehicle. A no-insurance charge was dismissed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Linda Sue White<\/strong>, 39, of Shakopee, was fined for driving after revocation and for no insurance as a driver.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pablo Centeno Arauz<\/strong>, 38, of Thief River Falls, was fined $185 for no driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bonnie Jo Erlandson<\/strong>, 57, of Clearbrook, was ticketed for driving 71 in a 60 zone. <strong>Michael James Fisher<\/strong>, 55, of Thief River Falls, was cited for 60 in a 55 zone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arin Alice Flatland<\/strong>, 28, of Thief River Falls, was fined for driving 65 in a 60 zone.
