Elk River Crash Injures Big Lake Driver on Highway 10<\/h2>\n

Elk River (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>)<\/strong> \u2014 One driver was injured in a four-vehicle crash on Highway 10 Monday morning.<\/p>\n

The collision happened around 6:38 a.m. on September 15, 2026.<\/p>\n

The crash was reported near milepost 213 in Elk River, Sherburne County.<\/p>\n

Four vehicles were traveling on Highway 10 when they collided, according to the crash report.<\/p>\n

Big Lake Driver Taken To Hospital<\/h2>\n

Jevin Derick Jensen, 27, of Big Lake, was driving a 2016 Honda Civic.<\/p>\n

Jensen suffered injuries described as non-life-threatening.<\/p>\n

He was taken to Mercy Hospital for treatment following the crash.<\/p>\n

The Honda’s airbags deployed during the collision.<\/p>\n

Jensen was wearing a seat belt, according to the report.<\/p>\n

Alcohol was not suspected in connection with his vehicle.<\/p>\n

Three Other Drivers Escape Injury<\/h2>\n

Lukas Hunter Nelson, 39, of Big Lake, was driving a 2018 Ford Escape.<\/p>\n

Nelson was not injured and did not require hospital treatment.<\/p>\n

Andrew Lee Tunnell, 38, of Sauk Rapids, was driving a 2024 Ford F-250 pickup.<\/p>\n

Tunnell also escaped the crash without reported injuries.<\/p>\n

Nancy Jean Hassler, 62, of Big Lake, was driving a 2016 Ford Edge.<\/p>\n

Hassler was not injured and did not require medical treatment.<\/p>\n

All four drivers were reported to be wearing seat belts.<\/p>\n

Alcohol was not suspected for any of the drivers.<\/p>\n

Highway Was Dry At Time Of Crash<\/h2>\n

The roadway was dry when the crash happened.<\/p>\n

The exact cause and sequence of the collision were not detailed in the initial report.<\/p>\n

Elk River police and firefighters assisted at the crash scene.<\/p>\n
