Tynsid Township Crash Injures 69-Year-Old Woman<\/h2>\n

Tynsid Township (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>)<\/strong> \u2014 A Nielsville woman was injured Monday in a two-vehicle crash in Polk County.<\/p>\n

The crash happened at about 2:30 p.m. on September 14, 2026.<\/p>\n

It occurred at Highway 220 and County Road 9 in Tynsid Township.<\/p>\n

The Minnesota State Patrol said a 2024 Ram 3500 was traveling west on County Road 9.<\/p>\n

A 2017 Honda CR-V was traveling south on Highway 220.<\/p>\n

The two vehicles collided in the intersection, according to the State Patrol.<\/p>\n

Nielsville Woman Injured<\/h2>\n

Barbara A. Snyder, 69, of Nielsville, was driving the Honda CR-V.<\/p>\n

Snyder suffered injuries described as non-life-threatening.<\/p>\n

She was taken to Altru Hospital for medical treatment after the crash.<\/p>\n

Snyder was wearing a seat belt when the collision happened.<\/p>\n

The Honda’s airbags deployed during the crash.<\/p>\n

Alcohol was not suspected as a factor for Snyder.<\/p>\n

Ram Driver Not Injured<\/h2>\n

Factor Funes Jacinto, 37, of Chicago, was driving the Ram 3500.<\/p>\n

Jacinto was not injured in the collision.<\/p>\n

He was also wearing a seat belt, according to the crash report.<\/p>\n

The Ram’s airbags did not deploy.<\/p>\n

Alcohol was not suspected as a factor for Jacinto.<\/p>\n

No passengers were listed in either vehicle.<\/p>\n

Road Was Wet<\/h2>\n

The State Patrol reported wet road conditions when the crash occurred.<\/p>\n

The report did not identify any other suspected contributing factors.<\/p>\n

Emergency Crews Respond<\/h2>\n

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.<\/p>\n

The State Patrol listed the available information as complete Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n

The crash was assigned incident number 26321382.<\/p>\n
