West Fargo Brothers Face Felony Assault Charges<\/h2>\n

West Fargo (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>)<\/strong> \u2014 Two brothers face felony charges after a fight outside a West Fargo bar injured three people.<\/p>\n

Landon Charles Gode, 23, of West Fargo, and Mason Rollance Gode, 24, of Braverville, Minnesota, were charged September 14.<\/p>\n

Each man faces one count of aggravated assault, a Class C felony.<\/p>\n

The charges were filed in Cass County District Court.<\/p>\n

Both men were arraigned in custody on September 14.<\/p>\n

A preliminary hearing and arraignment is scheduled for October 16.<\/p>\n

A felony dispositional conference is scheduled for December 2.<\/p>\n

The charges are allegations. Both men are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.<\/p>\n

Fight Reported Outside West Fargo Bar<\/h2>\n

Police were called to Unhynged Bar on Sheyenne Street around 2:06 a.m. on September 12.<\/p>\n

A caller reported an active fight in the parking lot.<\/p>\n

The caller also reported two people were down and one person was unconscious.<\/p>\n

Police arrived and found a large crowd outside the business.<\/p>\n

An injured woman was sitting on the ground when officers arrived.<\/p>\n

The police report says the fight followed a comment referencing Native Americans.<\/p>\n

That comment angered one of two men who later spoke with police, according to the report.<\/p>\n

Surveillance Video Reviewed<\/h2>\n

Police reviewed surveillance video from the business.<\/p>\n

The report says one man pushed Landon Gode during the confrontation.<\/p>\n

Landon Gode then lifted the man and slammed him onto the concrete, according to police.<\/p>\n

The man briefly lost consciousness after hitting the ground, the report states.<\/p>\n

Police say Mason Gode then struck a second man.<\/p>\n

The report says Mason lifted that man and slammed him onto the pavement.<\/p>\n

The second man lost consciousness for several minutes, according to police.<\/p>\n

Bystanders told officers the man appeared to suffer a seizure after the impact.<\/p>\n

Woman Suffers Broken Nose<\/h2>\n

The confrontation continued after the first injuries, according to the report.<\/p>\n

One man was pushed down again and fell onto a woman who stepped into the fight.<\/p>\n

The woman struck her head on the pavement and lost consciousness.<\/p>\n

Paramedics treated her at the scene.<\/p>\n

Police later reported that she suffered a broken nose.<\/p>\n

Landon Gode and Mason Gode were arrested at the scene.<\/p>\n

Both were booked into the Cass County Jail.<\/p>\n

The bar manager also asked that both men be trespassed from the property.<\/p>\n
