Investigators later identified the man in the blue baseball cap as Dillon Joe Huber.<\/p>\n
The complaint says surveillance footage was compared with previous booking photographs.<\/p>\n
Investigators concluded Huber was the person shown in the store video.<\/p>\n
The other man was identified as Brendan Allen Frenzel.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors allege Frenzel pushed the shopping cart from the store without paying.<\/p>\n
