Law enforcement responded to the home and spoke with people who were present.<\/p>\n
Court records say Tucker grabbed the woman by the neck during the incident.<\/p>\n
The woman reported that the contact made it difficult for her to breathe.<\/p>\n
A teenage boy was also present during the reported assault.<\/p>\n

The woman later moved into the kitchen after the first confrontation ended.<\/p>\n
Authorities said Tucker followed her and grabbed her by the hair.<\/p>\n
