They say she fled in her vehicle.<\/p>\n

Records say the vehicle reached about 74 mph in a 40 mph zone.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors charged Frenick with fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n

That offense is a felony under Minnesota law.<\/p>\n
