A Fargo woman reported an assault and a gun threat, court records say.<\/p>\n

The defendant is Anthony L. Rodriguez<\/strong>, of Moorhead.<\/p>\n

Court records say Fargo officers responded to a domestic call on Dec. 21.<\/p>\n

The Fargo woman told police that Rodriguez was her boyfriend.<\/p>\n

She said he had taken her handgun earlier.<\/p>\n

She told police he seemed drunk when he arrived.<\/p>\n

She also said she thought he was high on meth.<\/p>\n

The woman said an argument started soon after he arrived.<\/p>\n

She said he also pulled her by the hair.<\/p>\n

The woman said Rodriguez blocked exits with his body.<\/p>\n

She said he did not tie her up.<\/p>\n

She said she later got out and ran into the street.<\/p>\n

She said she went to a nearby bar for help.<\/p>\n

She said she called a friend for a ride.<\/p>\n

Gun found in the home<\/h2>\n

Police later searched the home, court records say.<\/p>\n

Records say police found the gun above the ceiling tiles.<\/p>\n
