Beltrami County (trfnews.i234.me)<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 Prosecutors have filed a felony complaint in Beltrami County District Court after a reported assault and knife threats incident near Bemidji, according to court records in Minnesota\u2019s Ninth Judicial District.<\/p>\n

The complaint names Amira Erin Rossbach<\/strong>, born March 27, 2007, of Bemidji, Minnesota<\/strong>, as the defendant.<\/p>\n

Felony and Misdemeanor Charges<\/h2>\n

Rossbach is charged with one felony count of terroristic threats<\/strong>, court records say.<\/p>\n

Court records say deputies responded at about 1:00 a.m.<\/strong> on Dec. 8, 2025<\/strong>, to a report of a possible assault involving a weapon.<\/p>\n

The complaint lists the location as a residence off Roosevelt Road SE<\/strong> in Beltrami County.<\/p>\n

According to the filing, a person identified as D.D.<\/strong> told deputies Rossbach tried to stab through her sister\u2019s bedroom door.<\/p>\n

Records say D.D. reported he restrained Rossbach.<\/p>\n

The complaint says Rossbach\u2019s sister, identified as A.R.<\/strong>, was visibly upset when she spoke with authorities.<\/p>\n

Court records say A.R. reported that earlier in the night, she and Rossbach were at a separate residence.<\/p>\n

The complaint states Rossbach got into a physical fight with another female there.<\/p>\n

Records say the sisters then returned to the Roosevelt Road residence.<\/p>\n

According to the complaint, A.R. said Rossbach became angry, grabbed a kitchen knife, and said she wanted to stab people.<\/p>\n

A.R. reported she went into her bedroom, court records say.<\/p>\n

The complaint alleges Rossbach yelled and stabbed the bedroom door several times.<\/p>\n

Records say A.R. feared Rossbach would get into the room.<\/p>\n

Court records say a knife was later located, and the door was photographed.<\/p>\n
