Records say she told authorities she was sorry and did not mean to do it.<\/p>\n

The complaint says Rearick reported her granddaughter, identified as S.O.<\/strong>, had a therapy appointment.<\/p>\n

Records say S.O. did not want to attend, and the situation escalated.<\/p>\n

The complaint alleges Rearick slapped S.O. across the face.<\/p>\n

It also alleges Rearick grabbed S.O. by the hair and threw her to the kitchen floor.<\/p>\n
