Police Called to Circle K Area<\/h2>\n
Fergus Falls police were dispatched around 10 p.m. near Circle K and Spies Park.<\/p>\n
A man identified as C.L.F. reported finding another man inside his vehicle.<\/p>\n
C.L.F. said the man left the vehicle and walked north on Union Avenue.<\/p>\n
Police soon spotted a man matching the description near the Chamber of Commerce.<\/p>\n
Authorities identified that man as Eric Clayton Nord, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
Police initially lost sight of Nord near the riverwalk.<\/p>\n
Owner Reports Several Items Missing<\/h2>\n
C.L.F. told investigators he had briefly entered the Circle K while others remained near his vehicle.<\/p>\n
When he returned, he allegedly saw Nord rummaging through the vehicle.<\/p>\n
C.L.F. first believed about $200 in cash was missing.<\/p>\n
He then noticed several other items were also gone.<\/p>\n
