The search involved a residence on Beltrami Avenue Northwest in Bemidji.<\/p>\n
Cross told investigators that he often stayed at the residence.<\/p>\n
He also described a nearby shed as his regular hangout area.<\/p>\n
According to the complaint, Cross admitted using methamphetamine, heroin and fentanyl.<\/p>\n
He also told investigators there were drugs and a 9mm pistol inside the shed.<\/p>\n
Loaded Pistol Found in Shed<\/h2>\n
Investigators searched the shed and found a black SAR-9 9mm pistol.<\/p>\n
The firearm had a loaded magazine, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
Police also found 9mm ammunition, drug paraphernalia and a digital scale.<\/p>\n
