Authorities responded around 9:50 p.m. to an assault and attempted break-in report.<\/p>\n
The call came from a residence on Porcupine Road Southeast.<\/p>\n
A witness reported that Littlewolf had stabbed a man identified as J.O.<\/p>\n
The witness also alleged Littlewolf tried to force his way into the residence.<\/p>\n
Investigators reported seeing suspected blood near the entrance.<\/p>\n
J.O. had a bleeding cut on the top of his right hand.<\/p>\n
J.O. told authorities that a vehicle had passed him before turning around.<\/p>\n
Several people were reportedly inside the vehicle.<\/p>\n
Anissa Sequoya Kinchen allegedly approached J.O. and questioned him about another person.<\/p>\n
The vehicle later stopped near the residence where J.O. was headed.<\/p>\n J.O. said Littlewolf confronted him and threatened to kill him.<\/p>\n He reported that Littlewolf had metal knuckles with spikes.<\/p>\n Littlewolf allegedly chased J.O. onto the porch of the residence.<\/p>\n J.O. said his back was against a wall during the confrontation.<\/p>\n He alleged Littlewolf tried several times to punch him with the metal knuckles.<\/p>\n Littlewolf then allegedly pulled out a black folding knife.<\/p>\n J.O. said Littlewolf thrust the knife toward his chest.<\/p>\n J.O. raised his hand to block the knife, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n The knife allegedly cut or stabbed his hand.<\/p>\n J.O. said Littlewolf then reached toward a black bag and mentioned a gun.<\/p>\n Another passenger urged Littlewolf to leave, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n That passenger was a minor and is not identified by TRF News.<\/p>\n As the group left, Littlewolf allegedly threatened to return and kill J.O.<\/p>\n Kinchen also allegedly warned J.O. to watch his back.<\/p>\n The complaint does not list charges against Kinchen in this case.<\/p>\n Authorities searched the area that night but did not locate Littlewolf.<\/p>\n Investigators found the suspect vehicle the next day on Roosevelt Road Southeast.<\/p>\n Littlewolf was reportedly riding in the vehicle before later taking the driver’s seat.<\/p>\n Law enforcement stopped the vehicle near Popple Drive Southeast.<\/p>\n Littlewolf was arrested during the traffic stop.<\/p>\n Investigators reported seeing an axe and a black folding knife inside the vehicle.<\/p>\n Second-degree assault is charged under Minnesota Statute 609.222<\/a>.<\/p>\n That charge carries up to seven years in prison and a $14,000 fine.<\/p>\n The riot charge falls under Minnesota Statute 609.71<\/a>.<\/p>\n The threats charge cites Minnesota Statute 609.713<\/a>.<\/p>\n Each of those charges carries up to five years and a $10,000 fine.<\/p>\n The court file number is 04-CR-26-1878.<\/p>\n Public court information is available through Minnesota Court Records Online<\/a>.<\/p>\n The complaint contains allegations and does not establish Littlewolf’s guilt.<\/p>\n Littlewolf is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.<\/p>\n![\"Richard](\"https:\/\/trfnews.i234.me\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/LittlewolfRichard.png\")
