The complaint says law enforcement saw a vehicle near the northeast corner of the high school property.<\/p>\n
Authorities stopped the vehicle after it allegedly made a short left turn into the opposing traffic lane.<\/p>\n
The complaint also says the vehicle had a third brake light that was not working.<\/p>\n
Senogles was identified as the driver.<\/p>\n
He told authorities that he did not have his driver\u2019s license or proof of insurance.<\/p>\n
A records check showed his driving privileges were revoked, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
Authorities reported that Senogles spoke quickly, appeared sweaty, and moved constantly during the stop.<\/p>\n
Officers then conducted field sobriety testing.<\/p>\n
The complaint says Senogles used his arms for balance during two tests.<\/p>\n
It also says he swayed and put his foot down during the one-leg stand.<\/p>\n
