TRF News is withholding identifying information about the children.<\/p>\n<h2>Three Felony Counts Filed<\/h2>\n<p>Prosecutors allege Skoog knew minors were present when the recordings were made.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint also alleges the conduct involved sexual intent.<\/p>\n<p>That allegation is an element of the felony provision cited by prosecutors.<\/p>\n<p>The charging document lists three felony counts based on the alleged conduct.<\/p>\n<p>Under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revisor.mn.gov\/statutes\/cite\/609.746\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Minnesota Statute 609.746<\/a>, the cited offense can carry significant prison time.<\/p>\n<p>The statute allows up to four years in prison, a $5,000 fine, or both.<\/p>\n<h2>Case Filed in Beltrami County<\/h2>\n<p>The case is filed as State of Minnesota v.
