The Cass County in-custody report identifies the man as David Arthur Larose, 39, of Minneapolis. The report lists his booking time as 7:04 p.m. on August 16, 2026.<\/p>\n

Larose was listed on one charge under Minnesota Statute 609.487, subdivision 6. The booking description says the allegation involves fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n
