According to the complaint, dispatch received at least six calls about a man jumping into traffic on October 7.<\/p>\n
Authorities found Bloom near Highway 59 and 160th Avenue around 9:50 a.m.<\/p>\n
The complaint alleges Bloom ran into the roadway in front of a northbound truck.<\/p>\n
The driver reportedly braked and swerved to avoid hitting him.<\/p>\n
Bloom then allegedly ran toward a squad car and slammed himself against its door.<\/p>\n
Authorities say he blocked the door before moving toward another law enforcement vehicle.<\/p>\n
