According to the complaint, Williams and A.S. appeared intoxicated when officers arrived.<\/p>\n
A.S. told investigators that she and Williams had been arguing.<\/p>\n
She alleged Williams became angry while searching for a lighter and pushed her against a wall.<\/p>\n
A.S. said she pushed Williams back before he allegedly punched her in the upper arm.<\/p>\n
