Crookston Man Faces 2 Felony Drug Charges<\/h2>\n

Crookston<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Crookston man faces two felony drug charges following a July search of his residence.<\/p>\n

Jessie Lee Feldt, 38, is charged in Polk County District Court.<\/p>\n

One charge alleges Feldt used a person under 18 to help sell Suboxone.<\/p>\n

The second charge involves alleged methamphetamine paraphernalia stored where children were present.<\/p>\n

The allegations cover activity between March and July 30, 2026.<\/p>\n

Child Protection Report Leads To Search<\/h2>\n

Police obtained a search warrant for a North Front Street residence on July 30.<\/p>\n

The investigation followed a child protection report alleging ongoing drug sales at the home.<\/p>\n

The report involved four children under age 18, according to the criminal complaint.<\/p>\n

Feldt and Jayme Lee Walden lived at the residence, prosecutors say.<\/p>\n

Investigators searched an attached garage and reported finding several drug-related items.<\/p>\n

Those items included used syringes, smoking devices, and suspected methamphetamine.<\/p>\n

A black bag allegedly contained about 1.8 grams of suspected methamphetamine.<\/p>\n

Police also found a prescription bottle of Suboxone issued to Feldt.<\/p>\n

Children Allegedly Used To Deliver Suboxone<\/h2>\n

Walden later gave investigators a statement after receiving a Miranda warning.<\/p>\n

According to the complaint, Walden alleged that she and Feldt sold drugs from the residence.<\/p>\n

She specifically alleged that Feldt sold his prescribed Suboxone.<\/p>\n

Walden also claimed children were used to hand Suboxone to buyers at the door.<\/p>\n

She allegedly said the children were told they were delivering medicine.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the alleged activity had occurred since March 2026.<\/p>\n

Feldt was later located at his workplace and arrested.<\/p>\n

He was taken to the Northwest Regional Corrections Center.<\/p>\n

Two Felony Charges Filed<\/h2>\n

Feldt faces a third-degree controlled substance crime involving a person under age 18.<\/p>\n

That felony carries up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.<\/p>\n

He also faces a felony involving methamphetamine paraphernalia where a child was present.<\/p>\n

That charge carries up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.<\/p>\n

The case is filed as Polk County court file 60-CR-26-1091.<\/p>\n
