Charlotte Autumn Carr, 19, is charged in Clearwater County District Court.<\/p>\n

She also reported that Carr had allegedly threatened her before the park encounter.<\/p>\n

The woman alleged Carr recognized her as the two groups approached each other.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors say Carr first threw items toward the woman.<\/p>\n

Investigators reported seeing a mark on the woman’s nose after the encounter.<\/p>\n

The woman also complained of head pain, according to court records.<\/p>\n

Her boyfriend supported her account when speaking with investigators.<\/p>\n

He said he separated Carr and the woman during the confrontation.<\/p>\n
