Nay Tah Waush Case: Man Faces Sex Crime Charge<\/h2>\n

Nay Tah Waush<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 Roger William Nett faces a felony sexual conduct charge in Mahnomen County.<\/p>\n

An amended complaint was filed in Minnesota\u2019s Ninth Judicial District Court. The case is listed as 44-CR-24-740.<\/p>\n

The charge stems from an alleged incident during September 1 through September 3, 2023.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors allege the victim was 12 years old at the time. The complaint says the incident happened in Nay Tah Waush.<\/p>\n

Investigators attended a forensic interview at the White Earth Child Advocacy Center on November 2, 2023.<\/p>\n

During that interview, the child described alleged sexual contact involving Nett. The complaint says the child resisted and became upset afterward.<\/p>\n

The complaint lists imprisonment from 144 months to 30 years. It also lists a possible fine of up to $40,000.<\/p>\n

The filed document is marked as an amended complaint and warrant. It was submitted by the State of Minnesota.<\/p>\n
